People confuse confidence with arrogance. They're not the same thing. Arrogance says I already know. Confidence says I can figure this out.
Every business I've built started before I was qualified to build it. I didn't know sales. I didn't know positioning. I didn't know how to run a company. What I had was the belief that I could learn it faster than the problem could beat me.
You will rarely get evidence before you need belief. The evidence comes after. That's the whole trick — you have to go first.
Believe you can change your circumstances, then go collect the proof.
